In October 2025, DairyKo had the pleasure of attending Anuga 2025 in Cologne, Germany, one of the world’s largest and most influential food and beverage trade fairs. Over two dynamic days, the DairyKo team joined thousands of professionals from across the global industry to connect, collaborate, and explore the future of food innovation.
A Week of Inspiration and Innovation

The event was a true celebration of creativity and progress in the dairy sector. From the moment we arrived, the energy on the show floor was electric. Tuesday was packed with back-to-back meetings, offering a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with existing partners and meet new faces from around the world. We are grateful to everyone who took the time to meet with us, share insights, and discuss new ideas for collaboration.
On Wednesday, we explored the exhibition in depth and immersed ourselves in the trends shaping the future of dairy and food innovation. From inventive flavor pairings to sustainability-driven products, the creativity on display was remarkable. It reminded us just how vibrant, forward-thinking, and collaborative this industry remains.
Introducing Our New Cheeseboards

Among the exciting developments we are bringing home from Anuga are our new cheese boards, a reflection of DairyKo’s passion for quality, craftsmanship, and creativity. Designed to surprise and delight, these boards combine premium ingredients with distinctive flavors, perfect for sharing, discovery, or simple indulgence.
Our current range includes:
● Truffle, Rosemary, and Cured (6-month sheep cheese) – an aromatic, savory classic with rich depth of flavor.
● Truffle, Anchovies, and Black Garlic – bold, umami-rich, and perfectly balanced.
● Truffle, Pesto, and Diablo – an adventurous trio featuring:
○ Pesto – fresh, aromatic, and visually striking.
○ Black Truffle – intense and refined.
○ Diablo – with mojo picón, for those who enjoy a little heat.
Each cheeseboard is available with a minimum order quantity of one pallet (88 boxes × 10 units per box = 880 units per pallet) and offers a 12-month shelf life to ensure lasting freshness and quality.
