Part-time 4 hours per day Mon - Fri
Responsibilities will include -
- Dealing with incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handling customer queries.
- Processing of supplier and customer orders.
- Coordinating transport between supplier, warehouse and customer.
- All office administration as required - filing, scanning, data input, emails and documents.
The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office and be comfortable working with data and spreadsheets.
Onsite parking is available but own transport is essential due to the location of the job.
