Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons softened, unsalted butter
  • Half cup of castor sugar
  • 3 tablespoons brandy
  • Half teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Cook
  • Put all the ingredients into a bowl. Beat with an electric beater until the mixture is smooth and well-integrated.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until the mixture is firm.
  • Now serve alongside plum pudding!
