Christmas Brandy Butter

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons softened, unsalted butter
- Half cup of castor sugar
- 3 tablespoons brandy
- Half teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Cook
- Put all the ingredients into a bowl. Beat with an electric beater until the mixture is smooth and well-integrated.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until the mixture is firm.
- Now serve alongside plum pudding!
